Refund policy

RETURNS

Perishable goods such as food are not eligible for return.

Nonetheless, we make every effort to ensure that your granola reaches you in prime condition. If you believe that there is a fault with the product, then please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we may be able to offer you an exchange or refund. 

As you are buying our granola without seeing it in person, we comply with the 14 days cooling off period for online purchases only. If you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from receiving it to send it back in its original condition.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS 

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed within 5 working days.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially cleared.

Please note that Breakfast by Bella does not take responsibility for return shipping costs.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
